Ms Crerar wins Secondary School Teacher of the Year award

We are incredibly proud to announce that Visual Art teacher Nicki Crerar has been named Secondary School Teacher of the Year - Government category at the 2024 Australian Education Awards held in Sydney!

This prestigious award celebrates the most outstanding government secondary school teacher in Australia for the 2023 academic year. It recognises teachers who maintain consistently high standards of teaching, demonstrate innovation in developing and supporting student learning, show a commitment to professional development, and collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.

Ms Crerar's dedication, creativity, and passion for teaching have had a profound impact on both her students and colleagues. Her innovative approach to art education continues to inspire and motivate students, encouraging them to explore and express their creativity in exciting ways. This well-deserved recognition is a testament to her hard work, commitment, and the difference she makes every day in the classroom.
