We're incredibly proud to share that Corinda SHS has been named one of The Educator's Most Innovative Schools in Australia for the second year running.
This recognition celebrates schools that are leading the way in reimagining education, from bold teaching approaches and dynamic learning environments to future-focused curriculum design.
The Educator invited schools nationwide to share their innovations, and after rigorous judging, only 42 were named to the 5-Star Innovative Schools 2025 list. Now in its 11th year, the report highlights schools creating meaningful, lasting change and we're honoured to be one of them.
Corinda SHS Executive Principal Ross Bailey believes Corinda's strength lies in its mindset of continuous improvement.
“Innovation at Corinda isn't about chasing trends; it's about making meaningful improvements that lift learning for every student. I'm proud of how our staff continually refine their practice and push boundaries to create learning that truly matters."
According to The Educator, innovative schools reimagine learning for a complex, connected world. They value wisdom as well as knowledge, prioritise inclusion over mere access, and approach education with courage rather than hurry or complacency.
"We're unafraid to challenge the traditional when it leads to better outcomes for our students. Our team's willingness to experiment, adapt and think differently is what keeps Corinda SHS at the forefront of innovation, and I couldn't be prouder," Mr Bailey said.
