Rules and policies

What should I do if…


I arrive late:


  1. Report to the office with a note from your parents or guardian
  2. You will be issued with a late slip to enter your next class
  3. Students without a valid reason for being late will be required to attend the withdrawal room at break time/s.


I need to leave school early:


  1. You must have a note from your parent or guardian requesting permission to leave school at a specific time
  2. Report to the office before the school day commences and a Deputy Principal will sign your planner, you will receive a Leave Request slip.
  3. At the time of departure, you must report to the office with your Leave Request slip to sign out.


I am absent from school:


  1. Your parent/guardian needs to:
  2. Contact the school absence line on 3379 0290 or email
  3. Information required: students name, year level, home group, date of absence, reason for absence, name of person advising of absence and relationship to student.


I have been absent from school and my parent/guardian did not contact the school:


  1. You must provide a note the next day you are at school, explaining your absence which is signed by your parent/guardian, to your home group teacher.


I have lost/misplaced something at school:


  1. Check the areas or rooms where the property was last seen
  2. If not found, report to the office where lost property is stored.


I need to see the Guidance Officer/School Nurse/Chaplain: 


  1. In your own time visit the Guidance Officer/School Nurse/Chaplain so that an appointment time can be organised
  2. A date and time will be given to you and a slip which must be shown to the teacher whose lesion you will miss
  3. Parents may make appointments by telephoning the office


I need to pay fees:


  1. All payments must be made at the roll room/student services in D Block
  2. Payment times are 8:00am – 1:30pm. Students are not permitted to make payments in class time.
