Our Tennis Program of Excellence (TEX) is a specialised training and coaching program designed to provide talented tennis players with disciplined and challenging tennis training to support students in achieving their future tennis goals whilst completing their Queensland Certificate of Education. The program began in 2013 and is one of many excellence programs at Corinda.
Past TEX students have continued to achieve well over the years with players representing Queensland as well as securing university scholarships domestically and abroad. Our 2023 and 2024 Under 15 Girls were crowned State Champions in the Queensland Secondary School Teams Tennis competition.
Our aim is to provide students with the required knowledge and skills to further their individual professional tennis career and expose them to a wide range of future career options in tennis such as working as a qualified coach.
